To be rilly real, I don’t follow a set recipe. Because Trader Joe’s sells so many different kinds of nuts and dried fruits in separate packages, I just leave it up to fate and pick my favorites from what they have on display. This time around, I used pecan praline granola and some pumpkin spice granola (in retrospect, I wish I had used only the pumpkin spice to make it super seasonal), mildly salted peanuts, unsalted cashews, raw almonds, dried cranberries and dried cherries. Usually I like to add mini chocolate chips from Ghirardelli, to give it a bit of San Francisco flair, but this year I didn’t have time to make the trip, so I just used mini peanut-butter cups (also from Trader Joe’s). And that’s that!
