Bet you didn’t know I was so good at decorating cakes!! Chocolate Kahlua Cake with Coffee Icing - Valentine’s Day 2012 For real though: The cake was good, but nothing amazing. It was just box devils food mix with some added stuff (sour cream, kahlua, eggs, oil, pudding mix). The icing, however, is (sadly) my greatest culinary accomplishment? Just plain vanilla frosting with iced coffee and some coffee grounds mixed in. It got a little bit runnier than I would have liked, but the taste? I want to put it on everything.
